We promised nothing goes public in your name without you seeing it first. This is that. Everything below is a draft. None of it is live.
Tick your answers as you read. They're saved as you go, so you can close this and come back — nothing is lost. When you're done, press the button at the bottom and they come straight to us. Section 6 is the one part that needs no answer: it's a summary of the factual corrections we've already made.
Section 1
All Ways Signs & Graphics is a sign and print business ran by a husband & wife team. Design, production, & professional installation is included with every project. Services include : graphic design, custom LED signs, full color stickers, die cut vinyl decals, label printing, large format printing such as banners, wall graphics, boat graphics, vehicle magnets, vehicle graphics, fleet graphics, partial wraps, yard signs, window frosting & tinting (residential or commercial), custom apparel, business cards, flyers, acrylic posters, & more! All custom orders can be communicated through email, phone call, or social media. Consultations on site. We come to you. We service Broward, Palm Beach, or Dade County. We ship nationwide on all products.
Three things in there are working against you.
"Custom LED signs" is work you told us you don't do any more. It's live and public today. Someone reads that and calls you about a lit sign you'd have to turn down.
It opens with "a sign and print business," then leads with label printing and large-format printing. Google reads that literally. Over the last six months, five of the fourteen searches that found your profile were printing searches. Not one was for ADA signage, whiteboards, window film, acrylic or refacing. Google is sending you the wrong customer because the profile asks it to.
The work you actually want isn't in there at all — no ADA signage, no dry-erase workflow boards, no wayfinding, no acrylic signage, no sign face replacement.
Two things in it are right and we kept them: the window frosting and tinting line (residential or commercial — exactly as you asked in July), and the tri-county service area.
All Ways Signs & Graphics is a family-owned sign shop in Pompano Beach — Adam & Jeanine, plus four cats who supervise.
We make the signage a building runs on: ADA and wayfinding signs, Braille and tactile room signs, custom dry-erase workflow boards, acrylic signage, window frost and tinting (residential or commercial), vehicle graphics, banners, and new faces for existing cabinets, monuments and directories.
Schools, hotels, condos, plants, warehouses and offices call us when they need a lot at once — hundreds of signs in a week. Design, project management and installation are ours; ADA tactile fabrication goes to our production partner.
On-site consultations, we come to you. Broward, Palm Beach, Miami-Dade. Call 954-715-1265.
740 characters · Google's limit is 750
If you'd rather leave the cats out, we'd swap that opening line for "— Adam & Jeanine, a husband-and-wife team." That version is 736 characters and works fine. We'd keep the cats. They're the reason people remember you.

Google lets a business post its own common questions and answer them. Almost nobody does it, and both Google and the AI assistants read the answers directly. You currently have none.
Here's what we'd post. Your voice, your call.
Yes. We design, specify, project-manage and install ADA signage built to the 2010 ADA Standards — tactile characters with Grade 2 Braille, non-glare finish, correct contrast, and the correct mounting height on the latch side of the door. The tactile and Braille fabrication is produced with our dedicated ADA production partner; the design, code compliance and installation are ours, so there's one team accountable for it passing inspection. Schools, hotels, condominiums, offices and plants across Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade.
All three. We're based in Pompano Beach and cover Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade. We come to you — site survey, measurement and installation included. Call 954-715-1265 and we'll tell you honestly whether your location and timeline work.
Yes. We can produce hundreds of signs in a single week, which is what a whole-building ADA and wayfinding package actually takes. We handle the survey, the sign schedule, production and installation, and we work around your operating hours so the building keeps running. Multi-building and multi-site rollouts are the work we're built for.
Yes, and they're one of the things we're known for. These aren't blank whiteboards — we design the board around how your floor actually runs, then apply your process permanently in vinyl graphics so the layout can't be wiped off. Hoerbiger, a global precision-components manufacturer, runs boards we built, and Auto Repair Pros runs the same board across multiple South Florida locations. Production schedules, KPI boards, safety and shift boards, any size.
Yes — that's one of our core services. The structure, footing and lighting stay exactly as they are; we design, produce and install a new face. Illuminated cabinet faces, monument change-face panels, and multi-tenant directory inserts. It's fast, and for a plaza or office park with tenant turnover it's usually the cheapest signage line item you have. We don't fabricate new cabinets, monuments or pylons, and we don't take permitted structural work.
Yes — decorative frost, privacy film, security and safety film, sun control and heat-control film, for commercial or residential. Conference rooms, glass office fronts, lobbies, storefronts and homes. We measure on site, produce the film to your design, and install it. If you want your logo or a pattern cut into the frost, that's our favourite version of this job.
One thing to know. Q1, Q4 and Q5 mention Hoerbiger, Auto Repair Pros and the ADA production partner. Hoerbiger and Auto Repair Pros you already cleared us to name. The production partner is not named and won't be.

Your profile has a Products section and it's completely empty. It's a visual shelf — a picture, a name and a couple of lines each — and it sits high on the profile.
We'd add your five lead lines. Each one needs a photo from you, which is the only reason this isn't done already.
| Product | Copy we'd use | Photo we need |
|---|---|---|
| ADA & Wayfinding Signage | Code-correct ADA room signs, restroom and exit signage, and full wayfinding packages for schools, hotels, condos, offices and plants. Tactile characters, Grade 2 Braille, correct contrast and mounting height. We survey, schedule, produce and install. | An installed ADA or room-ID sign on a wall |
| Custom Dry-Erase Workflow Boards | Not a blank whiteboard. We design the board around how your floor actually runs, then apply your process permanently in vinyl so it can't be wiped off. Production schedules, KPI boards, safety and shift boards, any size. | Hoerbiger or Auto Repair Pros board (both cleared) |
| Window Frost, Film & Tinting | Decorative frost, privacy film, security and safety film, sun and heat control. Commercial or residential. Measured on site, produced to your design, installed by us — logo or pattern cut into the frost if you want it. | Frosted glass conference room or office front |
| Custom Acrylic Signage | Lobby signs, wall logos, conference-room and office plaques, acrylic posters and photo displays. Interior branded environments that look like somebody meant them. | The Delray Beach law-office acrylic work |
| Sign Face Replacement | The structure, footing and lighting stay; we design, produce and install a new face. Illuminated cabinet faces, monument change-face panels and multi-tenant directory inserts. Fast, and usually the cheapest signage line item a plaza has. | A cabinet or directory face you've replaced |

You're at 5.0 across 140 reviews, and you'd replied to 122 of the first 139 — that's 88%, which is genuinely good. But the habit stopped around early March 2026, and every review since 4 March is unanswered. That's 17, plus the new one from this week.
Replies are your voice, so we've drafted them but we have not posted anything. Edit freely.

|---|---|---|
| 17 Jul | LUIS SAILLANT | Thank you, Luis! Automotive stencils are one of those jobs where a millimetre matters, so "surgical precision" is a compliment we'll take. Glad the paint job came out right — call any time. |
| 17 Jul | TheSportsfatherX | Thank you! Yard signs, boat lettering, banners and stickers — you've kept us busy across just about every corner of the shop, and we've enjoyed all of it. Here whenever the next one comes up. |
| 16 Jul | Brian Lieberman | Thanks, Brian — appreciate you taking the time. Glad it all came out right. |
| 16 Jul | Austin McKee | Thank you, Austin! Boat registration decals have to be exact and they have to be fast, so we're glad we hit both. Enjoy the water. |
| 9 Jul | Dimitri Philippakis | Thank you, Dimitri! Storefront windows, doors and the company vehicle — that's a whole brand refresh, and it's been a pleasure doing it with you. And yes, mobile is the point: we'd rather come to you. |
| 27 Jun | SafeTravelGal Team | Thank you! A law office has to look intentional the second someone walks in, and that's exactly how we approached the Delray Beach space — the conference-room acrylic logo, the hallway plaques, the large acrylic dry-erase boards. Thank you for trusting us with all of it. |
| 27 Jun | Matthew Gonzalez | Thank you! Acrylic photo displays, dimensional lettering, window graphics, floor graphics and wall coverings in one occupied office is a lot of moving parts — keeping your meetings running while we did it mattered as much to us as the finish. Really glad you love it. |
| 19 Jun | Katie hart | Thank you, Katie! Redrawing a logo from a low-res file is one of our favourite quiet wins — it means everything you print from here on looks sharp. Glad the cards and the installs all landed. |
| 10 Jun | Maria Sorza | Thank you, Maria! We'd rather show you a few options at a few price points than guess — and cleaning up after ourselves is non-negotiable in an occupied office. Enjoy the new signs. |
| 10 Jun | Steven Litman | Thank you, Steven! Perforated vinyl on a rear window is a great look for a realtor — you get the branding and you keep the view. Appreciate the recommendation. |
| 30 May | Brenda | Thank you, Brenda! Getting artwork print-ready is half the job and nobody ever sees it, so thank you for noticing. Glad the storage sign is up and looking right. |
| 25 May | Nicole Charles | Thank you, Nicole! A Wrangler is a genuinely tricky canvas — all those angles — so we're glad it reads clean rather than busy. Enjoy the attention it's getting. |
| 8 May | Jonathan Jonathan | Thank you, Jonathan — this one means a lot. Family-owned is the whole point for us, and treating people like our own is the only way we know how to work. Grateful for you. |
| 22 Apr | Melissa S | Thank you, Melissa! A custom mirror for a nursery is a lovely thing to make. Hope it's still getting compliments. |
| 31 Mar | Axiom Structures | Thank you — this is very kind. Banners and booth displays have to work from across a room and up close, and we're proud they've represented Axiom well at events. Looking forward to the next one. |
| 20 Mar | Laura Wanhala | Thank you, Laura! Last-minute is our specialty and Jeanine loves a sticker deadline. So glad they finished the product off properly. |
| 4 Mar | Dylan Douglas | Thank you, Dylan! Luxury estate management sets a high bar for how the marketing has to look, and we enjoyed meeting it. Appreciate the kind words. |

a) The women-owned attribute
Google has a "women-owned" attribute you can switch on. School districts, cities, hotels and large corporations often have supplier-diversity requirements in purchasing — and those are exactly the organisations you're now going after. It can be the reason you get onto a bid list at all. But it's a factual claim about how the business is owned, so it's yours to make, not ours.
b) Your hours
Google now shows Monday–Saturday, 10 AM – 10 PM, closed Sunday. You set that yourselves and we haven't touched it — but we want to check it's what you meant. A twelve-hour day, six days a week, is a big commitment to publish, and a facility manager who calls at 9 AM sees "closed."
c) Holiday hours — Labor Day is 7 September
Google lets you set special hours for holidays, and warns customers when you haven't.
Section 6 · No answer needed
These were factual accuracy fixes — settings, not writing — so we made them rather than sitting on them. Nothing here puts language in your mouth, and all of it is reversible.
Google uses these to decide which searches you show up in. We removed three that were pulling you the wrong way and added one that was missing.
Vehicle wrapping service — you told us in July you don't do full wraps. This category was inviting exactly the call you have to turn down. Your vehicle work is still listed under Vinyl sign shop, as vehicle graphics, fleet graphics and vinyl lettering.
Print shop and Custom label printer — these two are the direct reason Google keeps filing you as a printer and sending you printing searches.
Added Banner store — a real category you were missing. Kept: Sign shop (main), Window tinting service, Vinyl sign shop, Graphic designer, Custom t-shirt store.
One we didn't touch: Service establishment had already gone before we got access. We mention it only so the list you see now matches what you might remember.
Removing "Print shop" also removed the seven services filed under it: brochure printing, business card printing, flyers & brochures, posters, large format printing, postcards and graphic design. We put graphic design straight back, and flyers & brochures and posters were already listed elsewhere. The rest — business cards, brochures, postcards, large format printing — are off the profile now.
That's the trade: they're the work you're moving away from, and keeping them is what kept Google calling you a print shop. If you want any of them back, say the word and it's a two-minute fix.
Want any of the print services put back?
We added 29 services in the language your customers actually use, and removed one — 3D LED Backlit Signs, ruled out in July and generating enquiries you have to decline.
It pointed at http://www.allwayssignsfl.com/, which bounces through two redirects before it lands. It now points straight at the secure address with a tracking tag on the end, so we can finally tell you how much of your website traffic Google's profile is actually sending you. Nothing changes for the visitor.
Your phone number, your hours, your service areas (Broward, Palm Beach, Miami-Dade — correct), and the fact that your home address is hidden. All four were already right.
Just the answers above, and the photos when you have a minute. Everything else is on us.
When you're ready, press the button and it goes straight to us. If something doesn't fit in a box, call or text and we'll sort it out.
Nothing sends until you press the button.
